Consumers and Customers have a right to consistently good satisfying products and it is non-negotiable. At Myfresh (and even CBI), it begins with the adoption of policies and practices that will help us produce good products all the time. Our endeavours and practices must be able to withstand independent certification. These certifications are proudly maintained and upgraded in line with demands for improvement.
In Myfresh, certifications of food safely system and good manufacturing practices are not “badges of honour”. These are the necessary parts of a food manufacturing establishment.
“From Farm to Fork” concept in Myfresh it is “From Orchard into Cup”. We have a full team of quality assurance staff operating our quality systems within the factory. This is the part of the long supply chain that we have most control. However, sometimes we fell “over-reach” and “out-reach” are just as important in assuring safe quality products are delivered to Consumers. We engage with suppliers (right into the orchards and factories) and also work closely with customers. In Myfresh, we feel that engagements with business associates comes in all forms; reactive, participative and consultative being some of the styles.
